45ph Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Player

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 45ph username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 45ph support team immediately.

3. Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

45ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing name match)

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. 45ph will not process withdrawals to accounts with incomplete or failed verification.

4. Deposits

4.3 Deposit Currency

All transactions on 45ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are not the responsibility of 45ph.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Using another person's GCash, bank account, or card to fund your 45ph account is prohibited and will be treated as a potential money laundering risk. Such transactions may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

45ph processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of the request being submitted. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank are generally completed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and network conditions.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect both the player and the platform.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

6.3 Bonus Expiry

6.4 Bonus Abuse

45ph monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse — such as low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. If abuse is detected, 45ph reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and in serious cases, to close the account.

6.5 Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are credited when a referred player creates an account and makes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals — using a second account or the accounts of household members to generate referral bonuses — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 45ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested by third-party auditing organisations. This ensures that all outcomes are completely random and that neither players nor 45ph staff can predict or influence the result of any game.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, 45ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a game malfunction will not be honoured.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 45ph. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Cheating or collusion – including sharing game information with other players in real time or coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software – bots, scripts, or any software that makes decisions or places bets automatically on your behalf.
• Exploitation of software errors – deliberately taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings from exploited errors will be voided.
• Multiple accounts – creating more than one account for any reason, including to claim duplicate bonuses.

• Underage gaming – attempting to access 45ph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent chargebacks – disputing a payment that was legitimately processed by 45ph with your bank or payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 45ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of 45ph or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any 45ph content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 45ph intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

45ph provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 45ph's liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
